This is a nationwide issue inflicted by Elon Musk. Twitter / X is not saying if or when the problem will be fixed. The Developer community is very upset with this issue. Most are looking for other solutions. Meta's Threads is new and currently does not have a PC based solution. They only support iOS and Android. Hopefully the remaining staff at Twitter will find a solution soon.
