WarningSum:...Heat Advisory Remains In Effect From Noon Today To 8 Pm Pdt
Friday...

Warning Message:* temperature...high temperatures this afternoon and Friday
  afternoon will be in the upper 80s to 90s over the interior of
  western Washington from Seattle southward. Low temperatures with
  also be quite mild with urban areas dropping only into the upper
  50s to mid 60s.
* Timing...this afternoon and evening...and Friday afternoon and 
  evening.
* Impacts...hot weather increases the potential for dehydration
  and heat related illnesses. The elderly...the Young...and those
  who work or exercise outdoors will be the most vulnerable to
  heat related illnesses if extra precautions are not taken. 
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
Young children and pets should never be left unattended in vehicles
under any circumstances. This is especially true during warm or hot
weather when car interiors can reach lethal temperatures in a matter
of minutes.
Take extra precautions if you work or spend time outside. When
possible...reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or
evening. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and stroke.
Wear light weight and loose fitting clothing when possible and drink
plenty of water.
If you plan to go boating to escape the heat...wear an approved life
jacket. Drowning is the cause of most boating fatalities. Also...
avoid alcohol as it impairs judgment.

WarningSum:...Red Flag Warning Remains In Effect Until 10 Pm Pdt This
Evening For Moderate Breezes And Low Humidity...

Warning Message:* affected area...fire weather zone 650...including Forks... 
  Quillayute...and Ellis Mountain. Fire weather zones 654.... 
  655 and 657...including the I-5 corridor from Seattle on south 
  through Lewis County and the Kitsap peninsula. 
* Wind...north or northeast wind rising to 8 to 14 mph with gusts
  to 20 mph this afternoon and evening.
* Humidity...falling to 20-30 percent.
* Timing...the combination of sustained winds in excess of 10-12
  mph and humidity below 30 percent will last for 3 to 5 hours
  this afternoon and evening.
* Impacts...a combination of a moderate breeze...low relative
  humidity and warm temperatures can contribute to rapid rates of
  spread and downwind spotting on any fires that get started.
  This applies to grassy roadside locations as well as forested
  areas.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now... or will shortly. A combination of a
moderate breeze...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures
can contribute to rapid rates of spread and downwind spotting on
existing fires.
