I have had several inquiries about these tugs and their tow. I received this information on 11/3/11.
The lead tug is the “Reliable” owned by Center Marine Services, and the second tug/ workboat “Bobbie T” is owned by Harbor Offshore inc. The floating fence belongs to the navy. Bangor, Everett, Bremerton and Indian Island all have similar protection barriers. Harbor Offshore installed all maintains the components ay Port Gamble.
